Dear customer,
Work will take place on both Python (UK) and
Cobra (US) servers as part of phase 1 of the cPanel 10 - 11
upgrade program. Due to the extensive backend
changes of cPanel 11, the upgrade will take
place in multiple phases to help prevent
problems. If there are any problems, we will be
able to roll back to version 10 almost immediatly.
This may cause services to fail during this
time, however we anticipate it shouldn't take
longer then 20 minutes.
