so.

Fault Description - Rack Power Failure
Customers Affected - UK Shared & Reseller
Customers
At around 00:25GMT a PDU (power
distribution unit) failed in the datacentre,
casing an entire rack to lose power. The switch
on the rack was diverted to use a second PDU,
however it not engage correctly. The datacentre
completed replacement of the failed PDU at
around 12:50GMT and all the servers in the rack
were bought back online. After the servers
booting up and running necessary checks etc, all
websites were restored by ~01:05GMT.

- All services should now be restored.

"Some" of our dedicated server
customers located in
certain racks in the Scuberg Philis data centre
are currently experiencing problems. The engineers at the data centre
are fully aware of this issue and are working to
resolve as soon as possible. We will update as
soon as possible.
Resolved -
All servers should now be online.
