Our order form automatically logs your IP
address and computer name when you submit an
order. We randomly use the IP addresses to
verify order details, as IP addresses are

We also retain these IP addresses on file. In
the case of fraudulent or similar activities, we
may use this IP address to help authorities.

Our website currently makes no use of cookies.
However, our support ticketing system does use

Ordering Details
When placing an order, we do require that you
fill in personal details (such as full name) and
contact details (such as home address, telephone
number and email address). These details are
collected for general contact and legal reasons.

Account/Billing Details

credit/debit card or bank account details on
this website or via email by one of our staff.

from the client. The only people who may view
client details are Xcellweb Internet Services
sales and technical support staff.
Xcellweb Internet Services will NEVER sell
client details to any 3rd party or mailing list
scheme. If the company is ever to be sold,
clients will be notified in advance and given
the option to cease their contract with Xcellweb
Internet Services prior to their details being
handed over to any new owner.
