Media Network Information
All our streaming media servers are housed at
the Schuberg Philis data centre in
Amsterdam, Holland. Located next to Schipol
Airport, this data centre is a state of the art
facility with multiple onsite carriers. The
following carriers have a presence at this data
centre:
AboveNet - 7000Mbps
TeliaSonera - 24,000Mbps
Interoute - 12,000Mbps
Teleglobe - 12,000Mbps
AMS-IX - 40,000Mbps
KPN Eurorings - 12,000Mbps
DE-CIX - 10,000Mbps
BN-IX - 10,000Mbps
Global Crossing - 20,000Mbps
European Peering - 5,000Mbps
As you can see from from the list of carriers
above, the network is extremely impressive. In
fact it is possibly the best connected
network in the world with 152,000Mbps of total
connectivity via multiple carriers (as at
July 2007).
We have almost 200Mbps of direct bandwidth on
our private internal network. This means we can
provide extremely high bandwidth streaming
solutions, that are fast, reliable and low cost.
Our current agreement with our service provider
allows us to easily upgrade our bandwidth level
at any time, from 5Mbps all the way to 1000Mbps.
