99.9%
Uptime Guarantee
All
our web hosting plans are backed by a 99.9%
uptime guarantee. However, our guarantee is
pretty unique, in that it is also covered by a
Service Level Agreement.
This means, should we not meet our uptime
guarantee, you will be entitled to compensation
as a result of this.
To make it simple, for the first hour of
downtime in a single month, there is no
compensation. However, for each hour after the
first hour of downtime, clients will be entitled
to 5.00% of their monthly subscription, credited
to their account. The amount of compensation is
up to 100.00% of the clients monthly cost.
All our servers are currently monitored by an
independent server monitoring company called
SiteUptime. If your server should become
unavailable for whatever reason, your account
will automatically be credited and this will go
towards your next months invoice. If you cancel
your service as a result of the downtime, you
will be entitled to a 100% refund of your
monthly for the current month.
Of course, we don't expect there to be much
downtime, but sometimes there needs to be to
allow for server reboots and installation of
security updates etc, which helps keep our
servers and your websites/data secure from
hackers.
